Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sadiq Selections. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for orders within Pakistan.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp (0329 7285300).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 business days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or courier service interruptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan through our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, or M&P).

Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
The courier representative is not authorized to allow you to open the parcel before payment. If there is an issue with the product, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. To avoid this, lease ensure your contact number is reachable and your address is complete.

6. Damages

Sadiq Selections is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp at 0329 7285300 with photos/videos of the damage to file a claim.
